He is survived by: his wife Cecelia Canterbury Bowers; his sons, Joshua Bowers, Keely Terry, Sam Bowers (Nikki Carpenter Bowers) and Justin Bowers; his grandchildren, Sadie, Aliya, Chandler, Carson, Chloe and Baby Bowers; his brothers, Danny Bowers (Robyn) and Sherrill Bowers; and his siblings-in-law, Denise Caudle (Rodney) and Chris Johnson (Patricia).
