She was predeceased by: her parents, Mararuth Allen Cox and Norwood Cox, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Jerry Charles Bernstein; her daughters, Elizabeth Monastra (Jason) and Blair Adele Bernstein; and her siblings, Mararuth Capell (Joe) of Kure Beach, NC, Adele Cines (Doug) of Wynnewood, PA and Nick Cox (Janet) of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 nieces and nephews.
