Polk, Sr. of Charlotte, NC; her children, Kim Polk of Albemarle, Janice Polk (Danny) of Raleigh, Willie Polk, Jr. (Cheryl) of Charlotte and Charlie Polk (Ashley) of Albemarle; and her siblings, Linda Bruton of Albemarle, Frank Clark of Wadesboro, Prentice Clark of Wadesboro and Barrington Clark (Rose) of Wadesboro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins. relatives and friends.
