She was predeceased by: her parents, Siler Dewey Howell and Minnie Brown Howell; her sister Pauline Howell Jordan; her brother-in-law Garlin Hicks; and her nephew Marcus Hicks.
She is survived by: her siblings, Olivene Hicks of Chapin, SC and Larry Howell (Linda) of Tacoma, WA; her nieces and nephews, Stephanie Gruber (Terry), Karena Glodowski (Steve), Justin Howell and Adam Howell (Jenn); and her great-nieces, Candace G. Cumalander (Joshua), Rachel G. Gruber, Lydia Glodowski, Genevieve Glodowski, Juliet Glodowski and Olivia Howell.
