She was predeceased by: her parents, Buddy Tillman and Mary Jane Ingram Tillman; her son Clifford Tillman; and her siblings, Fannie Richardson, James Tillman, Elizabeth Ruth Tillman, Thomas Tillman, Virginia Caraway, Robert Tillman, Charlie Tillman, Sharvone, Antwan Sturdivant and Emmanuel Mecardo.
She is survived by: her daughter Vanessa Morrison of Wadesboro; her grandchildren, Tiffany Kirby of Wadesboro, Shequita Melton of Wadesboro, Raven Morrison of Wadesboro, Martrell Morrison (Monet) of Charlotte, Irene Little of Wingate and Kimeo Little of Concord; her daughter-in-law Bernadette Tillman of Wadesboro; and her sister Catherine Coxe of Charlotte. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Margaret Tillman entered into eternal rest, at the age of 84, on March 26, 2021, following a 13-year battle with Alzheimer's.
