He is survived by: his mother Bertha Lindsey Chambers of Morven, NC; his daughter Carla Olivia Hailey of Wingate, NC; his siblings, Olivia Chambers of Morven, NC, Wendy Owens Jr. (Isaac) of Morven, NC, Debra Chambers of Morven, NC and Otis Chambers (Shonda) of Wadesboro, NC.; his aunts and uncles, Arthur Chambers, Betty Woodburn (Zadek), Blenda Neal (James), Curtis Lindsey (Bernice), Bessie Lindsey, Bonnie Lindsey, Bobby Wilson (Charlie), Louise Marshall, Freddie Lindsey (Nancy), Carol Johnson (Rayford), Linda Lindsey (Reginald) and Lesley Love; his nieces and nephews, Tamara Owens, Dominique McKever, Christopher Robinson, Otis Chambers Jr. and Samuel Chambers; and his close friend Terry Colson. He is also survived by great nieces; great nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
