He is survived by: his parents, Ray Louis Williams and Lena Brigman Williams of Rockingham; his son Kelly Chavis (Jessica) of Rockingham; his granddaughters, Haisley and Hadley Chavis; and his siblings, Mary Ann Williams (Charlie) of Polkton and David Williams of Polkton. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
