She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Gainey and Mable Lee Sturdivant; and her siblings, Donald Sturdivant, Exson Sturdivant and Henrietta Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, Shangaleza Liles of Decatur, GA., Kendrick Liles (Crystal) of Atlanta, GA and Trinton Sturdivant of Wadesboro, NC; her grandchildren, Kendall, Christian, Kiersten and Casey Liles of Atlanta, GA; her sisters, Bertha White (Robert), Betty Ann Sturdivant, Linda Willoughby (Oscar), Phyllis Chambers and Lisa Sturdivant (Eric); and her sisters-in-law, Delores Sturdivant and Debra Sturdivant. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
