James Truette Starling Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2023, at the age of 71, James Truette Starling (Wadesboro, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James N. Starling and Margaret Elizabeth Jarrell Starling; his daughter Sharon Starling; and his siblings, Harold Starling and Teresa Hudson.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Wood Starling; his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Greg Outen of Polkton; his siblings, Janet (Jerry McQuage), Helen (Marshall McGougan) and Michael; and his sister-in-law Brenda Starling of South Port. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
