He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Wayland Wiggins. He is survived by: his mother Irma Dennis Wiggins Poplin of Wadesboro; his wife Linda Wiggins; his daughter Deana Wiggins of Eden; his stepchildren, Brittney Kay Hildreth of Lilesville, Mili Nguyen of Wadesboro and Tyler Nguyen of Wadesboro; his grandchildren, Wynter Wiggins of Eden, Autumn Wiggins of Danville, VA and Trysten Wiggins of Radford, VA; his great grandchild Harper Wiggins of Danville, VA; his stepsister Judy Ann of Indiana; his siblings-in-law, James Holbrook (Ann) of Latta, SC and Ester Jones of Wadesboro; and his niece Wyanette Woodle.
