She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernell Willoughby and Minister Louise Gaddy Willoughby. She is survived by: her children, Randi Willoughby, Sherika McCray (Torrence) and Brenda J. Willoughby; her grandchildren, Zamyiah Wallace, Aden Jacobs, Gabrielle McDonald, Joshua Thomas and Zirion Willoughby; her siblings, Evangelist Brenda Pratt, Shirley Liles (Melton), Vernel Willoughby (Lou), Robert Willoughby (Linda), Betty Williams (Lindsay), John Willoughby, Charles Willoughby, Wilbert Willoughby (Gwendolyn) and Rev. Christine Hall (Anthony Hall); her aunt Vera Boggan; and her friend Lennis Reddick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
