He was predeceased by: his parents, R. B. Hardison, II and Josie Iris Lawson Hardison; his son Brandon Lewis Hardison; and his brother R. B. Hardison, III. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Dianne Hardison of Fort Mill and Andrew Elliott Hardison; his daughter-in-law Stephany Melton Hardison of Aiken; his siblings, Josie Iris Hardison Wilbanks of Lavonia and Lawson Hardison; and his sister-in-law Joy Hardison of Chesterfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
