She is survived by: her children, Cary Bikel Powe (Valerie) of Morven, NC, Christopher Powe (Aretha) of Wake Forest, NC, Cornelius Powe (Chilquitta) of Wingate, NC and Angelia Powe of Monroe, NC; her grandchildren, Kiavma Powe (Chris) of Columbus, OH, Ashlynn King (Isaiah) of Winston Salem, NC, Avery Hailey of Monroe, NC, Jalen Powe of Wadesboro, NC, Felicity Powe of Wadesboro, NC, Jawon Powe of Wadesboro, NC and Anya Powe of Wake Forest, NC; her great grandchildren, Ashton King and A'Siah King; her brothers, Dr. Lorinzer Johnson (Hattie) of Durham, NC and Rev.
