She is survived by: her parents, Cagie Biles and Mary Biles; her siblings, Cagie Eugene, Buck, June Biles, Hattie Biles and Myrtle Biles Horne; her children, Cynthia and Douglas; her husband Fletcher Watkins; her children, Teresa Baldwin (Larry) of Norwood, Ronda of Albemarle, Nancy, Luther Marcell and Katrina of Norwood; her grandchildren, Nicole Dockery (Andre), Courtney Nsubuga (Douglas), Darrius Colson (Ashley), Brittaney Watkins, Marcell Jaquan Watkins, Devante Watkins, Cynthia Baldwin, Luther Marcell Watkins Jr. and LaTonya Little; her sister Helen Crump of Philadelphia; her brothers-in-law, Sherman Watkins (Lillie Mae) of Norwood, NC and Curtis Watkins (Margret) of Newark, Delaware; and her aunt Juanita Miller of Norwood, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, special friends.
