With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Davis Hildreth (Wadesboro, North Carolina), who passed away on September 19, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandy Davis and Allie Pope Davis of Virginia; her former husband Charles Louis Hildreth; her daughter Mary Lou Hildreth; and her brothers, William Davis, Glenn Davis and Roy Lee Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Bill High; her children, Chauntira Hildreth of Polkton and Dan Hildreth of Orlando, FL; her grandchildren, Shannon Skiscim (Adam) of Indian Trail, Sean Hildreth (Melissa) of Greenville, Chad Hildreth of Orlando, FL and Jessica Hildreth of Orlando, FL; and her siblings, Carey Davis of Marshville and Millie Fordham of Crestwood, KY.. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
