He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin Leak Tyson and Betty Horne Tyson; his daughter Nicole Tyson LuQuire (Heath) of Albemarle; his grandchildren, Myles of Albemarle, Ezra of Albemarle, Ames of Albemarle and Clive LuQuire of Albemarle; his siblings, Teresa Ray (Rodney) of Wadesboro, Melanie Phillips (Billy Ray) of Burnsville and Mikey Tyson (Jessica) of Calabash, NC; and his aunt Margaret Batten of Gainesville. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
