She is survived by: her children, Donald Hooks (Diane) of Lilesville, Billy Hooks (Peggy) of Wadesboro, Joyce Deas of Wadesboro, Steve Hooks (Amy) of Wadesboro and Sheila Lindenberger (Bob) of Wingate; her grandchildren, Donna Hooks, Kari Burris (Ryan), Bill Hooks (Heather), Kimberly Hooks Burr (Jesse), Brian Gathings, Kevin Gathings (Pam), James Hooks, Joshua Burr and Tiffany Black (Isaiah); and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Wesley, Kaleb, Kaylee, Kobie, Kensley, Ethan, Emery, Luke, Chelsea, Emeline, Casey, Kayla, Ashley, Will, Tyler, Seth, Brooklyn, Jason, K. J. and Jayla.
