He is survived by: his children, Kylee Carelock and Karter Leak; his siblings, Brooklyn Smith, Kelisha Jackson and Kelvin Jackson Jr.; his grandparents, Mary L. Willoughby and Solomon Pickett (Virginia); his aunts and uncles, Mike Smith, Bryant Gainey, Tony Carelock (Donetta), Chris Carelock (Tamara), Donald Carelock (Veronica), Alfred Cash, Mary Grace (Lumas) and Brandy Smith; his child Mya Leak; his cousins, Kelila Willoughby and Jamal Smith; and his close friends, Snap, Jolan, Dirt of Bop, LJ, Trick, Ant, Toot and Trell.
