He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca Oliver Pegram. He is survived by: his son Justin Oliver (Stacy) of Pinehurst; his granddaughter Amber Anastas of Pinehurst; his close friend Beth Cummings of Wadesboro; and his sisters, Bobbi Almond of Charlotte and J. Elaine VonCannon of Dunnville, VA.
