He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Erie High and Mary Ila Horne High; his daughter Beverly Jean High; and his sister Shirley High Smith. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Eddins (Jacky) of Morven, Charlene Sikes (Steve) and Ralph High of Polkton; his grandchildren, Nick Eddins (Natalie), Amy Robinson (Bobby), Megan Rogers (Jeff) and Steven Chase Sikes; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Kate, Emma, Andrew, Luke, Dean, Beverly and Michael.
