She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Bunyon "Jacko" Teal and Nancy Wallace Teal; and her sister Miriam Eury. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Hinson Rorie (Mark Eilermman) of Waxhaw and Jackie Hinson Baucom (Tommy Humbles) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Adam Rorie of Monroe, Morgan James (Skip) of Marsville, Colby John Baucom of Monroe, Ellis Baucom of Monroe and Nathan Baucom of Monroe; and her niece Vonda Stoudt (Paul) of Covington, GA.
