It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beverley Bushong Getzen (Wadesboro, North Carolina), born in Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Woodrow Bushong and Cecilia Dicima Collins Bushong; her husband Rufus; her siblings, Jim and Pat; her nephew Kevin; and her brother-in-law Larry.
She is survived by: her nieces, Kim (Sammy) and Kris; her great-nephews, Kole and Kalen; and her siblings-in-law, Phil (SinCha) and Catherine. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
