With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Azile Berry Goodwin (Wadesboro, North Carolina), born in Thomasville, North Carolina, who passed away on February 6, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Marlor Berry and Bernice Turner Berry; her husband Robert Goodwin; her children, Robert "Robbie" Goodwin, Jerry Goodwin, Allan Goodwin and Susan Bullard; her great grandchild Caleb Goodwin; her siblings, Ruth Beaver, Ruby Honeycutt and W. M.; and her nephew Larry Beaver.
She is survived by: her son Russell; her children-in-law, Debbie Goodwin of Polkton, Sandra Pliescott (Woody) of Goldsboro, Phyllis Goodwin of Wadesboro and Larry Bullard of Rockingham; her grandchildren, Carol Felts, Cathy Carey, Chris Goodwin, Scott Goodwin, Paul Goodwin, Sherry Augustine, Lori Brown, Brandon Bullard, Robert Goodwin and Carrie James; her daughter Sandy Moss (David) of Monroe; and her great great grandchild Jayson "JJ" Dickens.
