Alfred Elliott Jr. Obituary
Alfred Elliott, Jr. son of Alfred Elliott, Sr. and the late Pearlie Mae Elliott. Alfred was born on October 30, 1955. Affectionately known as Reds, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 3, 2018. He grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he met and married the love of his life, Michelle Scott. He received his education through the Philadelphia School System.
Reds learned to drive at an early age. He later attended Allstate Vocational School, where he obtained his Commercial Driver's License. Reds was an avid automotive enthusiast. Reds loved cars and motorcycles. He had a talent and passion for fixing anything, especially cars. Whatever Reds put his hands on to fix, you could rest assure it would be repaired.
Even if it had nothing to do with motors. Reds was a Jack of All Trades and a Master of None! A Real "MR. FIX IT." He joined the Barbarian Motor Cycle of Philadelphia until his relocation to North Carolina. Reds then became part of The Five Racing Family. Reds was always willing to lend a hand in whatever was needed. He was a strong, caring and kind-hearted person.
He had a personality that simply attracted everyone he met. It wouldn't be long after meeting him would the relationship turn into a lasting friendship. He is lovingly cherished by the love of his life, Michelle Elliott, father, Alfred Elliott, Sr., six children, Tina, Carmen, AnJuan, Lateeka, Niru and Jamil; six grandchildren, Taelor, Carrington, Brookelynne, Kharyn, Korbynn and Ryder; mother-in-law, Gladys Scott, two sisters, Vanessa and Debbie; three brothers-in-law, Carl (Marion), Dwight (Marsha) and Gerald (Theresa).
A host of loving relatives and friends. The Eulogistic Services were held on Saturday, August 11, 2018, 11:00am, Flat Rock Baptist Church, Wadesboro, North Carolina. The interment is private.
