She was predeceased by: her parents, James Williams and Arlivie Williams; her husband Wade Stack; and her children, Jimmy, Nancy, Wade Jr., Ruby and Ricky.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Drake, Betty Trull, Robert Stack, Wanda Barbee and Penny Hammonds; and her sister Evelyn Helms. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; forty nine great-grandchildren, fifteen great-great-grandchildren.
