He is survived by: his wife Barbara House Vann; his children, Diane Vann West (O'Neil), Kim Reece Morgan (Keith) and Robert Reece; his grandchildren, Matthew West (Meagan), Nathan West, Brooks Robinson, Katie Morgan, Amber Barefoot (Seth) and Rosa Reece; his great grandchildren, Bryce West, Vann West and Norah Barefoot; and his siblings, Donald (Connie), Glenda, Christine and Earl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
