She is survived by: her husband Wade Leaphart; her children, Wade Leaphart III (Sherri Stowe Leaphart) and Sandy Leaphart Hunnicutt (Donald Blanton); her grandson Taylor Wade Leaphart; her siblings, Forest "Nick" Helms and Paulette Mathews (Joe); her half-sisters, Lora Brown (Tim), Amy Winscher (Kevin) and Janis Ramsey (Bennie); and her stepbrother Steve Toney (Diane).
