It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reed Jonathan-Thomas Awad of Wade, North Carolina, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Farid Awad and Lindsay Awad; his sister Semma Awad; his great-grandparents, Barbara Broomfield of Marlborough, CT and Clare Krueger of Goldsboro, NC; his grandparents, Mofida Awad of New York, NY, Ken and Janet Krueger of Goldsboro, NC; his aunts and uncles, Amgad (Amira Awad), Mike (Marline Awad), Ramy (Vanessa Awad), John Paul (Jowita Mansour) and Jerod (Laura Krueger); and his cousins, Jordan, Ethan, Jeremiah, Jasmine, Jadyn, Noah, Layla, Logan, Eli, Dominic, Nathan, Matthew, Josiah and Elijan.
