She was predeceased by: her parents, John Black and Mary West Black; her husband Herman Elwood Williams; and her children, Elwood Williams and Mary Erma Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Murphy (David) of Wade; her daughter-in-law Betsy Williams of Dunn; her daughter Kathy Hayes (Robert) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Jody Murphy (Mary Anne) of Wade, Steven Hayes of Wilmington and Meredith Williams (Brian) of Stedman; her great grandchildren, Jordan Murphy (Carlton Hutchins), Brendan Murphy (Liz Reffner), Lakin Williams, Lainey Williams, D. J. Walker, Jr., Eli Walker, Carson Hayes and Olivia Hayes; her great great grandchild Lilee Hutchins; her sister-in-law Helen Williams of Wade; and her caregiver Maria Rodriquez.
