He was predeceased by: his parents, E. C. Stocks and Jean Moore Stocks. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Ann Kapp Stocks (Tessy); his siblings, Jay Stocks and Debbie Stocks Morrison; his sons, Joseph and John L. Stocks; and his grandsons, Jonathan and Silas Stocks.
