She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Madie Benson Guin; her husband Leon Burlingame; and her sister Melvie Guin. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Creech (Billy Blackmon) of Wade and Nick Simmons (Elaine) of Belgrade, Montana; her grandchildren, Amanda Simmons, Philip Simmons (Tori), Chance Simmons and Faith Simmons; and her siblings, Wanda Blackmon of Kenly and Mitchell Guin of Benson.
In accordance with NC-COVID19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing and the three W's: wait, wash, and wear a face covering.
