He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Tart, Sr. and Betty Faye Stancil Tart. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Royal Tart; his children, Jeremy Tart, Jordan Tart (Robert William Mills) and Kaitlyn Tart (Alex Martinez); his granddaughters, Isabella Grace Tart and Adeline Riley Tart; and his siblings, Patricia Hinson (Marshall), Tammy Johnson (Gale) and Christopher Tart.
