She is survived by: her son David C. Melvin Jr.; her wife Donna; her daughter Faye Lucas (Jimmy); her sister Eva Kate Edge; her grandchildren, Tammy Stoeckley, Stephen Lucas, Brance Dudley, Wayne Dudley and Craig Melvin; and her great grandchildren, Austin Dudley and Garrett Melvin.
