She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Yune Kakizawa and Sadakichi Mitsui; her husband Jacob Holbert of Staunton; her children, Rita Holbert Cox (Orval) and John Holbert; her sister-in-law Mary Ham; her nephew Terris Ham; and her siblings, Shinitirou Mitsui (Satchiko), Masao Mitsui, Yaeko (Shuhei Nishizawa) and Youko (Tetsuya Mizukami). She was also cherished by 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
