He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Campbell Williams and Wilma Cain Williams. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Heidi and Wendy; his stepchildren, Chris and Lora; his grandchildren, Kate, Hunter, Braden and Gracie; his stepgrandchildren, Christopher, Cameron, Mary, Caleb and Christian; and his sister Rita (Fred). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials may be sent to South River Community Church in Wade, NC, Salem Methodist Church, or The Red Cross in Charlie's honor.
