With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Sue Eskridge Jordan (Wade, North Carolina), born in Shelby, North Carolina, who passed away on February 5, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Falsom Eskridge and Mary Eula Wesson Eskridge; her husband Wade Garland Jordan; and her siblings, James Eskridge of Shelby, NC and Sayde Eskridge Wright of Fayetteville, NC..
She is survived by: her sons, Wade Thomas Jordan (Patricia) of Springfield, MO and David Alan Jordan (Wanda) of Burlington, NC.; her grandchildren, Megan Jordan Kirkley (Benjamin) of Denver, CO, Katie Jordan Rich (Mac) of Raleigh, Rebecca McKee Jordan of Burlington, NC, Matthew Thomas Jordan and Sarah Elizabeth Jordan of Springfield, MO; her great grandchild Samuel Kirkley of Denver, CO; her brother Maurice Eugene Eskridge of Shelby; and her niece Susan Knott Harris (Tom) of Rocky Mount. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
