She was predeceased by: her parents, P. F. Revels and Elizabeth Sweatmon Revels; her husband Warren Kenneth Deal; her son-in-law Billy Harris; and her brothers, Larry Revels and Rudy Revels.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Harris of Waco, NC and Kenneth Deal (Virginia) of Shelby, NC; her grandchildren, Shannon Martin (Brandon) of McAdenville, NC, Kelli Huggins (Heath) of Morganton, NC, Mary Ellen Pike (Adam) of Shelby, NC, Abby Strohofer (Andrew) of Asheville, NC and Nathan Deal of Asheville, NC; her great grandchildren, Grant, Colton Martin, Hannah, Harrison Huggins, Addison Pike, Shepard and Sullivan Strohofer; her siblings, Veleria Webber (Jimmy) of Earl, NC and Ollis Revels (Betty) of Savanah, GA; her sister-in-law Lib Revels of Shelby, NC; and her close friend Bob Ingle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
