It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Don Farris of Waco, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 71, on October 11, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Evon Farris and Viola Shaw Farris; and his sister Cynthia Farris Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Farris; his stepchildren, Jimmy Deveney of Waco, Sissy Craft (Scott) of Cherryville and Sandy Walker of Waco; his sisters, Linda Hastings (Bud) and Kathy Gamble (Bryan); and his brother-in-law Johnny Freeman. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Burial will be private. Due to COVID-19 restrictions social distancing and face coverings are required.
