He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Bolick, Sr. and Kathryn Davis Bolick of Waco; his children, Brittany Anthony of Cherryville, Nikki Bolick of Shelby, Christopher Bolick, Jr. and Shawn Bolick; and his brother Dennis Bolick, Jr. of Waco. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
