With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Benfield of Waco, North Carolina, who passed away on October 25, 2020 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Autry Benfield and Cynthia Ross Benfield; and his grandmother Martha Ross. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Benfield of Waco and Brittany Benfield of Hickory; his grandchildren, Brianna and Ian Wiesner; his sisters, Diana Beebe of Waco and Angela Peeler of Waco; and his grandfather Charles Ross of Waco.
