She was predeceased by: her parents, David Baxter and Berta McNeil McLean; her son Ricky Neil Church; and her brothers, Junior, Vernon, Troy, Clifford, Jesse and Earl McLean.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie Lee Church; her daughters, Linda Richards (Junior) of Vilas and Brenda Howard (Gary) of Vilas; her grandchildren, Jason Richards (Deanna) of Vilas, Jennifer Hayes (Terry) of Cerro Gordo, NC, Jonathan Richards of Vilas, Seth Church (Sarah) of Gamewell, Lucas Church (Jodie) of Statesville, Zach Church (Ivy) of Zionville, Caleb Howard (Carolyn) of Kingsport, TN and Rebecca Ramsey (Jason) of Butler, TN; her great grandchildren, Kaity, Lydia, Ethan Richards, Hunter Hayes, Quinn Church, Remi and Haddie Ramsey; her daughter-in-law Cynthia Hayes Church of Vilas; and her brother Leon McLean of Arizona.
