Marc Clayton Shockley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2020, at the age of 48, Marc Clayton Shockley of Vilas, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Andrew Shockley; and his grandparents, Grace, Woodrow Eggers, Helen Jean, Robert Senter and Grady Barnes.
He is survived by: his mother Caroline Barnes Shockley of Vilas; his wife Carolina S. Shockley; his stepchildren, Felipe of Hendersonville and Nicole of Hendersonville; his siblings, Melissa Cornett (Ricky) of Vilas and David C. Shockley (Sarah) of Blowing Rock; and his grandmother Helen Barnes of Boone. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Watauga County Hunger & Health Coalition, 141 Health Center Drive, Boone, NC 28607.
