He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis F. Norris and Trocia Greene Norris; his wife Eliza M Jarvis; his siblings, Robert Gene Norris and Roberta Lynn Norris Critcher; his granddaughter Elixia Chestnutt; and his grandson-in-law Steve Chestnutt.

He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Elizabeth Norris Felver (Timothy) of Vilas and Cynthia Suzzanne Norris Hendrickson (Rob) of Tiffin, OH.; his brother Roah Dudley Norris (Judy) of Sugar Grove, NC.; his siblings-in-law, Tommy Critcher and Clara Norris; his grandchildren, Sondra Meier, Mandy Jenkins, Leslie Jenkins, Charles Jenkins, Jr. and Cat Longworth (Sheryl); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Ferris, Charlese Ferris, Audrey Meier, Zoey Chestnutt, Alexis Smith, Mallory Chestnutt, Emma Jenkins, Jaden Jenkins, Justice Jenkins, Zachary Ferris, Hunter Jenkins, Charles Jenkins III, Kadin L. VonDeylen, Rocco Chestnutt, Franco Chestnutt, Loyal Longworth and Hendrix Smith; and his great great grandchildren, Laela Bishop and Kloe Jenkins.

Social distancing and the use of masks will be required.

Memorial donations may be made to Bethel Baptist Church Building Fund or Kari's home for Women.
