It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Douglas Guy of Vilas, North Carolina, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Guy and Loy "Merle" Combs Guy; and his granddaughter Tara Guy. He is survived by: his sons, Terry Guy (Loretta) of Vilas, Keith Guy of Trade, TN and Kevin Guy (Natasha) of Todd; his grandchildren, Cody Guy (Kaitlyn), Hannah Corbin (Brian) and Taylor Sluder (Evan); his great grandchild Waylon Corbin; and his sister Debbie Guy.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Combs Cemetery (4918 Peoria Rd, Sugar Grove, NC 28679).
