She is survived by: her siblings, Fred Yates and Phyllis Yates of Vilas, NC.; and her sons, Charles Randall Blake, Gregory Dale Blake and Bradford Steven Blake. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grand children as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
