He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Pavel and Pearl Pavel. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bennett; his son John Pavel; and his sister Marianne Patrica Scinto. He is also survived by four children, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Henson Chapel United Methodist Church (120 Henson Hollar Rd, Vilas, NC 28692).
