Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Darrell Gene Moody of Vilas, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 53, on April 21, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay Moody and Louise Stout Moody; and his brother Dennis Clay Moody. He is survived by: his son Mavrick Moody of Vilas; his sister Virginia Harmon (Clyde) of Lenoir; his nieces, Stacie Barber (Brandon) of Charleston and Jamie Roark (Michael) of Vilas; his nephew Jason Harmon (Carmen) of Lenoir; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Jessie Harmon, Haven, Miles Barber, Molly and Julianna Roark.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions as mandated by the state of North Carolina, the services and visitation will be limited to 45 or less.
In lieu of flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to Hampton Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.
