She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Grady and Pearl Miller Winebarger; her husband Robert Gene Norris; her brother Robert Clyde Winebarger; and her siblings-in-law, Robbie Lynn Critcher, Ben and Eliza Norris.
She is survived by: her children, Toni Littleton (Bob) of Sugar Grove, Tracy Day (Collin) of North Wilkesboro and Robert Norris, Jr. (Heather) of Vilas; her granddaughter Emma Marie Norris of Vilas; and her siblings-in-law, Pearl Winebarger of Boone, Dudley Norris (Judy) of Sugar Grove and Tommy Critcher of Boone.
