He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Church and Josephine Hicks Church; his wife Shirley McLean Church; his son Ricky Neil Church; and his siblings, Edna Henson, Betty Jo Lawrence, Anna Mae Miller, Bill Church and Jesse Church.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Richards (Junior) of Vilas and Brenda Church Howard (Gary) of Vilas; his daughter-in-law Cynthia Church; and his siblings, Marion Church (Kathy), Dave Church, Janie Lawrence, Margie Brown and Wanda Shelton (Jack). He is also survived by Eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter.
