She was predeceased by: her father Daniel B. West. She is survived by: her husband Victor Emmitt Williams; her children, Mary Graffius (Troy) of Pennsylvania, Diane Smith (Rodney) of Cameron and James D. Padgett of Maine; her siblings, Cathy Landis Rockingham (Dale), James West, Sr. of Pennsylvania and Gary West; and her grandchildren, Terri Jo Tyner, Steven Carpenter, Andrew Graffius and Damon Graffius. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
